Rental Process
With our storage units in St. George, Utah, our resident manager will assist you in finding the unit that will fit your needs. After completing the rental agreement (there are no document fees) and paying the rent for the current month you move in. When the need for a storage unit is over, simply provide MICo with a seven (7) day notice (a phone call will work). Remove the items from your unit and take your lock with you. MICo will give you credit for any days the unit is empty in the month you leave and a refund (if any is due) will be sent to you. MICo accepts credit cards and can arrange for automatic withdrawals for your convenience. You place your lock on the unit and keep the keys. If you didn’t bring a lock Monarch has locks available at a minimal cost.
